Flownizer2D/3D [Particle Image Velocimetry]

A new standard Particle Image Velocimetry software with direct cross-correlation method will make a lead to highly accurate measurement and smooth flow visualization.

PIV 2D-2C

Measurement of 2 component velocity vectors in a 2D planar domain based on high image density Particle Image Velocimetry, which tracks small group of particles.

PTV 2D-2C

Measurement of 2 component velocity vectors in a 2D planar domain based on particle tracking velocimetry, which tracks individual particle.

PIV 2D-3C

Measurement of 3 component velocity vectors in a 2D planar domain based on stereoscopic Particle Image Velocimetry.

Calibration

Flownizer supports the grid calibration method and provides highly accurate data.

The calibration of Flownizer corrects the lens distortion and transforms XY data in 2D projection (XYZ data in 2D3C).

Preprocessing

Masking function will keep you free from unnecessary areas that will cause error vectors.

Preprocessing tools such as background differencing technique, filters, and arithmetic will help you modify poor quality original images to analyzable images.

Correlation Coefficient Map

Flownizer has an excellent animation preview function for the correlation coefficient map and other information.

The dialogue displays interrogation window image, search window image and the color map of correlation coefficient in this two images.

Data analysis

Abounding result items such as Raw vectors, Average, Angles, Stream line, Streak line, Path line, Vorticity, Turbulent kinetic energy, Reynolds stress, Velocity gradient tensor, Standard deviation, Velocity gradient tensor can be visualized.
